KOL Business Development Manager(Mining) - CIS

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, content creators, and influencer agencies in the Russian-speaking market (Russia, CIS, Eastern Europe).
• Identify, onboard, and collaborate with high-impact Russian-speaking KOLs across platforms such as YouTube, Telegram, Twitter/X, TikTok, and regional crypto communities;
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Web3 products (e.g. cloud mining, DeFi solutions, staking services) to KOL partners and influencers;
• Lead end-to-end business negotiations, including commercial terms, campaign execution, and performance evaluation;
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth campaign delivery and localization;
• Monitor Russian-speaking crypto community trends, KOL performance, and competitor activities, providing actionable market insights and optimization suggestions.
