Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development / KOL Executive to manage and grow partnerships with creators, influencers, and KOLs to drive e-commerce sales across social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs / content creators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
- Manage affiliate and commission-based collaborations
- Coordinate content campaigns, product seeding, and live sessions
- Track creator performance (GMV, sales, engagement)
- Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and contracts
- Analyze performance data and optimize creator partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
