Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development / KOL Executive to manage and grow partnerships with creators, influencers, and KOLs to drive e-commerce sales across social media platforms, especially TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs / content creators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
  • Manage affiliate and commission-based collaborations
  • Coordinate content campaigns, product seeding, and live sessions
  • Track creator performance (GMV, sales, engagement)
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and contracts
  • Analyze performance data and optimize creator partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
