Job Description

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with top influencers to maximise affiliate performance and drive conversions
• Strategy & Growth: Ideate and implement new strategies and amplification tactics to onboard KOLs and accelerate their growth within the Shopee Affiliate Program
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to execute strategic projects and improve operations
• External Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) to onboard and nurture KOLs, ensuring sustained creator growth
• Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Track and analyse initiative performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor campaigns to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that can strengthen our own strategies
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Keen interest in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape
• Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
• Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus to facilitate effective communication with KOLs
• Experience in talent management, client management, e-commerce, and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
