Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual CSR—Korean speaker—to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to Korean-speaking clients through various communication channels such as chat.

Your main goal is to ensure client satisfaction by resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to Korean-speaking clients through various channels (e.g., chat) and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Filipino nationals are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a CSR or BPO setting is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be customer-focused, patient, and empathetic
