Kotlin Developer

Integritas Solutions is looking for an experienced Kotlin Developer with a strong background in banking or financial services to join our team. In this role, you'll build and enhance high-performance, secure backend services that power critical banking applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive best practices across the engineering organization.

Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Kotlin

• Work on microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and integrations

• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards

• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and architects

• Improve code quality through testing, reviews, and automation

• Troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced production environment

• Contribute to architectural design and technical decision-making

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of Kotlin development experience (or strong JVM background + Kotlin)

• Experience building scalable backend services and microservices

• Banking or financial services experience (payments, lending, risk, trading, etc.)

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Strong grasp of secure coding, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in finance

• Experience with GraphQL is a Plus
