KPO Associate Manager(QA)

The Candidate must have experience in Project / Project Management
In this role you will Project Management Assist business stakeholders Global Operations with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams Global Operations and Automation via respective backlogs with minimum cross product coordination
Be responsible for coordinating/leading end to end execution across all parties or work streams, including 3rd party vendors in order to deliver the strategic aims of the organization, meeting the appropriate levels of quality through the project lifecycle.
Have good understanding of Project Management principles and standards including Waterfall, Agile methods
He/She will be responsible to start and complete projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain highest standard of quality.
Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis is a set of responsibilities.
Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set.
Technology : Mainframe will be added advantages.
The candidate will be responsible for IR review and FSD.
