The Role:
You will run tightly planned boosters that plug straight into the Year 6 sequence. You will pre-teach upcoming content, model answer structures, and rehearse timing for arithmetic, reasoning and reading papers. You will diagnose gaps quickly with short checks, fix misconceptions in fractions, decimals, percentages and multi-step problems, and build fluency through retrieval, mini-quizzes and timed drills. You will guide pupils to annotate questions, use mark-scheme cues and plan responses, then feed gains back into class tasks. You will keep concise impact notes after each session, update simpl...
