Overview
Mindlance is seeking an experienced OpenShift/Kubernetes Engineer to manage, operate, and improve the bank’s enterprise container platform. This role focuses on automating cluster operations, evaluating new technologies, maintaining documentation and standards, and ensuring the reliability and performance of large-scale Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
You’ll work hands-on with Kubernetes, automation, Linux, CI/CD, cloud services, and GitOps practices while partnering closely with senior engineers, leadership, and vendor teams. Primary Responsibilities Automate deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OpenShift clusters using custom pipelines and CI/CD workflows. Review and validate new cluster configurations to ensure smooth, non-disruptive deployments. Implement upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancements to ensure performance and stability.
