Overview

Mindlance is seeking an experienced OpenShift/Kubernetes Engineer to manage, operate, and improve the bank s enterprise container platform. This role focuses on automating cluster operations, evaluating new technologies, maintaining documentation and standards, and ensuring the reliability and performance of large-scale Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

You ll work hands-on with Kubernetes, automation, Linux, CI/CD, cloud services, and GitOps practices while partnering closely with senior engineers, leadership, and vendor teams.

  • Automate deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OpenShift clusters using custom pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
