Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, validate, and document functional and non-functional business and system requirements
  • Ensure requirements align with organizational strategy and key principles
  • Interact with customers, stakeholders, and teams to obtain and document requirements
  • Analyze existing system documentation and summarize functionality relevant to current projects
  • Support identification and prioritization of team initiatives based on stakeholder feedback
  • Create project plans to manage delivery timelines and monitor progress
  • Articulate benefits cases for prioritization and decision-making
  • Write and maintain user stories and epics using Agile techniques
  • Support platform and feature teams in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
