<b>KYC - CDD / EDD</b> <p><b><u>Job Description:</u></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Review alerts generated from the CDD/EDD KYC Refresh queue to determine if the customer or transactions are suspicious or valid</li> <li>Perform research considering various AML risk factors and indicators to determine if the alert/case needs to be escalated</li> <li>Conduct initial analysis of customer transactions using internal/external research tools to assess and determine if the transactions seem plausible or if there is reasonable suspicion that the transaction involves money laundering</li> <li>Identify suspicious or unusual transactions, non-compliant activity, or increased compliance risk</li> <li>Accurately document rationale for alert closure or escalation as appropriate</li> <li>Undertake prompt closure of eligible alerts not deemed as unusual or suspicious</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>To ensure we meet business expectations and onboard the right talent through TPL with minimal interview rejection ratios, the following guidelines must be strictly adhered to. Non-compliance may lead to discontinuation of profile consideration for this requirement:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><b>Communication Skills</b>: If we receive feedback from the business team during the L1 interview indicating that the candidate has poor or average communication skills, and this is the reason for rejection, then after three such feedback instances, we will hold the requirement for that team until further notice if it does not meet PWC expectations.</li> <li><b>Fake Candidates</b>: Any instance of fake candidates or any fraudulent activity found during the L1 interview process will result in the immediate stoppage of work on the requirement until further notice.</li> <li><b>L1 Interviews/L1 Rejection: </b>We will review resume quality daily after the interview process. Our goal is to achieve at least 80% L1 selection out of all scheduled interviews, so please ensure we are working towards this target. Profiles will not be considered if the rejection rate exceeds the number of L1 schedules.</li> <li><b>New Screening Process</b>: For all screening of qualified profiles in Beeline, you must schedule a call between the candidate and the recruiter SPOC through Teams before the interviews schedule with the business team. </li> </ul> <p> </p>
