About The Job

• The KYC Data Officer's primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients

Your Main Activities Are

• Responsible for the preparation of onboarding and recertification of KYC process, such as understand the purpose of each request and explain the process to the client
• Ensure the onboarding and recertification requests in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons
• Conduct initial checks against internal data and databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to be shared with clients and stakeholders
• Manage information and documents, particularly obtain data required according to the segment policy, collect remaining documents from the clients, perform analysis with existing documents and update systems with corresponding data...
