About The Job
The KYC Data Officer's primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients
Your Main Activities Are
Responsible for the preparation of onboarding and recertification of KYC process, such as understand the purpose of each request and explain the process to the client
Ensure the onboarding and recertification requests in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons
Conduct initial checks against internal data and databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to be shared with clients and stakeholders
Manage information and documents, particularly obtain data required according to the segment policy, collect remaining documents from the clients, perform analysis with existing documents and update systems with corresponding data analysis
