A Know Your Customer (KYC) agent is responsible for verifying the identity of clients to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. They review and validate customer documents, conduct background checks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. KYC agents play a crucial role in financial institutions, maintaining accurate records and mitigating risks associated with customer onboarding and transactions. At the same time you will make sure that our partners will receive the best onboarding experience while, at the same time, the Company's objectives and deadlines are successfully met.
