Job Description

As a KYC Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Wise adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements. You will conduct enhanced due diligence, analyse customer activities and behaviour patterns, and keep KYC records up to date according to internal standards. You will assess and approve onboarding of high-risk customers according to regulatory standards. This role is a great opportunity to deepen knowledge in the KYC domain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews based on customer risk profile and make risk-based decisions while conducting customer reviews.
• Review customer transaction history and provide insights into behaviour patterns that may indicate risks; perform periodic reviews and analyze changes in customer history and account usage.
