Job Description

The primary function of a KYC Quality Analyst Lead is to ensure that the organization’s KYC processes and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The focus is on reviewing, assessing, and improving the quality and accuracy of customer information and documents gathered during onboarding and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of the applications processed by the agents.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to come up with projects based on findings and improve the existing processes.
• Conduct refreshers, calibration sessions, quality talks and roadshows.
