L & D Operations Trainee

The Operations Trainee will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of training programs delivered at the University under a vendor engagement. This role involves close collaboration with trainers, university departments, and internal teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and communication throughout the training lifecycle. He will be the single point of contact for all operational aspects of the training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training sessions in alignment with university academic calendars and vendor commitments.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding session schedules, logistics, and resource availability.
• Discussion and coordination with university departments (administration, IT, Training and placement cell, etc.) to ensure seamless program execution.
• Manage communications, both written and verbal, with university stakeholders, trainers, and internal delivery teams.
