Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite, first-level technical support to end users in our Mexico City office. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues while ensuring minimal downtime and smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and standard applications
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
  • Support email configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., Outlook)
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning
