We looking for a Level 1 IT & Network Support Engineer with 3 - 5yrs of experience to join our client onsite in Manama.

Job Location: Manama, Bahrain - Onsite

Job Type: Fulltime

Work Days: Sunday to Thursday

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will: onsite engineer

Work alongside L2/L3 support engineers

Provide L1-level support for IT systems, network, and cybersecurity

Assist in troubleshooting, basic configuration, and end-user support

Offer hands-on helpdesk and technical support in a professional business environment

Support overall IT infrastructure and architecture under supervision

Requirements:

Valid Work Visa in Bahrain

Valid Bahrain Driving License

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in spoken and written English

Sound knowledge of the IT industry, cybersecurity, networking, and IT solutions

3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar IT support role
