The L1 Operations Manager is responsible for end-to-end governance of L1 data operations for IBM’s ISDMA initiative. This role ensures operational stability, SLA compliance, audit readiness, and predictable service delivery across enterprise data pipelines, ETL jobs, and BI reporting platforms.

The role is non-coding and non-developmental, focused on process excellence, people management, and stakeholder communication.


Key Responsibilities


Requirements
* 8–12 years in IT / Data Operations / Application Support * Minimum 3–5 years in an operations leadership or manager role * Experience managing large L1 support teams (15+ members) * Experience working with enterprise clients (BFSI / Telecom / Large IT)
