Job Description
- Provide first level technical support.
- Ticket creation and monitoring until case closure. Give timely updates about ticket status.
- Ecalate and coordinate concerns to level 2/3 support.
- Admin assistant related to billing processing, license management and other administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Experience in troubleshooting and handling hardware and software concerns.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be amenable to work in Ayala or Circuit Makati
