Job Description

  • Provide first level technical support.
  • Ticket creation and monitoring until case closure. Give timely updates about ticket status.
  • Ecalate and coordinate concerns to level 2/3 support.
  • Admin assistant related to billing processing, license management and other administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and handling hardware and software concerns.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must be amenable to work in Ayala or Circuit Makati
