Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for AI-171 The Personal Belonging IT interface was developed using Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating users with the web interactions to get their connected data.
- Respond to user queries and emails using the Web CRM interface.
- L1- IT Operations Managing and Support.
- Basic IT Operations Know-how to support users.
- Monitor system functionality and perform routine checks.
- Excel Sheet and other Microsoft tools know-how.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Debugging and analytical skills.
- Maintain incident logs and prepare basic reports.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce/custom solutions).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and email systems.
