Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 support for AI-171 The Personal Belonging IT interface was developed using Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating users with the web interactions to get their connected data.
  • Respond to user queries and emails using the Web CRM interface.
  • L1- IT Operations Managing and Support.
  • Basic IT Operations Know-how to support users.
  • Monitor system functionality and perform routine checks.
  • Excel Sheet and other Microsoft tools know-how.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
  • Debugging and analytical skills.
  • Maintain incident logs and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce/custom solutions).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and email systems.
