We're looking for an experienced L1 Support Lead to join our team in Guadalajara and support enterprise-level eCommerce platforms. If you have hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or IBM Sterling OMS, strong troubleshooting skills, and thrive in fast-paced production environments — this role is for you.

This position plays a key role in ensuring platform stability, leading first-line support activities, and coordinating with global technical and business teams.

What You'll Do

Lead L1 production support activities for eCommerce applications

Monitor system performance and respond to incidents

Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues

Perform root cause analysis (RCA)

Implement minor fixes and controlled hotfixes when needed
