We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L1 Support / Webmaster to support day-to-day website operations and first-level system support. This role involves managing website content updates, monitoring performance, handling support tickets, and maintaining system documentation in accordance with defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day website updates, including publishing content, images, and pages using a CMS (e.g. GovTech Optical or similar).
- Monitor website traffic and performance using web analytics tools and provide basic insights.
- Provide Level 1 support by handling incoming tickets, performing triage, escalation, and resolution according to SLA requirements.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve website or system issues promptly.
- Maintain and update knowledge repositories, including system documentation, procedures, FAQs, and operational guides.
