What You Will Do:
Provide deskside and onsite IT support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Install, configure, and troubleshootMicrosoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, and above) .
Offerhands-and-feet support fornetwork and datacenter equipment/devices .
Troubleshoot and resolve issues withMicrosoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Supporthardware, software, and networking-related issues on desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
Provide support foriOS and Android devices , including setup and performance troubleshooting.
Assist withWindows image build processes andSCCM deployments .
Support and maintainAudio/Video (A/V) and conference room equipment .
ManageActive Directory user accounts ,Exchange mailboxes , anddistribution lists .
Utilize remote connectivity tools such asSMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows native tools .
Provide “smart hands” support fornetwork equipment and assist with escalations when required.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring minimal disruption and high satisfaction for end users, including VIPs.
