We operate with a security first mindset, where infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint security are integrated into day-to-day operations not treated as afterthoughts.

We are looking for a hands on L2 Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer who can independently manage networks, servers, cloud workloads, and Microsoft 365 environments in production.

Role Overview

This is a technical, execution focused role.

You will work on live client environments, handle escalations, support infrastructure migrations, and ensure secure, stable operations across on-premises and cloud platforms.

This role requires strong networking fundamentals, virtualization experience, and working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and M365 security controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Networking & Security

• Configure and manage firewalls (Fortinet preferred)

• Implement and troubleshoot IPsec VPN tunnels

• Manage VLANs, trunking, routing, and subnetting

• Perform firewall rule reviews and basic security hardening

• Servers & Virtualization

• Manage Windows Server environments

• Handle server migrations (on-prem to cloud / tenant-to-tenant)

• Work with VMware and Hyper-V

• Provision and manage Azure compute resources (VMs, networking, storage)

• Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management

• Configure and manage Intune (MDM & MAM)

• Implement device compliance and security policies

• Work with DLP policies and data protection controls

• Manage SharePoint permissions and access governance

• Operations & Support

• Handle L2 escalations

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and identity-related issues

• Participate in 24×7 support rotations

• Document configurations, SOPs, and changes clearly

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and cloud operations

Strong networking fundamentals (VPN, VLANs, firewalls)

Experience with Fortinet firewalls

Solid knowledge of VMware / Hyper-V

Working experience with Azure compute

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)

Understanding of DLP and endpoint security concepts

Comfortable supporting multiple business environments

Strong troubleshooting and ownership mindset

Good to Have

Exposure to compliance-driven environments

Experience supporting users across different time zones

Familiarity with Microsoft security tools (Defender, Conditional Access)
