Provide L2 support for Telecom OSS platforms.
Perform troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, system maintenance, configuration, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work effectively in a team environment with a proactive approach.
Requirements
Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
