  • Infinera TNM
  • Juniper Security Director
  • Juniper Paragon / Pathfinder

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for Telecom OSS platforms.
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, system maintenance, configuration, and problem-solving .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with a proactive approach.
