Qualifications

2+ years of L2 Support experience. Experince using tools like SOAP UI, Postman etc for testing APIS, etc. Basic knowledge of Linux, SQL, shell scripts. Eager to learn new products. Open to supporting in US Timezone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
