WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Experience testing Windows applications and enterprise-level software
Familiarity with retail technology environments (e.G., boutique systems)
Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
Proven experience in Level 2 technical support
Ability to follow structured testing plans and corporate documentation standards
Strong troubleshooting skills within predefined technology frameworks (no custom package development)
