L2 Support Engineer

Qualification:

BE / B. tech

Experience:

5+ Years

Mandatory Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HPE products: TeMIP, UOC, UCA

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in L2 support role

  • Experience in 24x7 IT production support environment

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes

  • 2 to 5 years of solution support experience

  • Linux OS exposure and shell scripting skills

  • Experience in application monitoring, health check reporting and ticket handling

  • Good communication skills with ability to interact with customers and internal teams

  • Willingness to ramp up on new products and technologies
