About Position:
Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain. Understanding of financial products (Rates, FX, Equities, Credit, Commodities, etc) and familiarity with risk metrics (Va R, FRTB, sensitivities, stress tests.
Role: L2 Support Engineer
Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily
Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports
Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures
Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA Service Now)
Respond to end-user service requests
Release Management on UAT and Production Environments
Expertise You'll Bring:
Ensure succinct and timely communication of issues to stakeholders (e.g. Global Risk business support teams management)
