About project

We are looking for an L3 Application Support for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities

  • As a L3 Application Support you will be receiving complex incidents escalated from Level 1 support teams, working closely with them to gather all relevant details and context necessary for effective resolution;
