Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Data Center Technician to join our IT team. The Level 3 Data Center Technician’s responsibilities include maintaining the data center’s IT system, troubleshooting issues, performing server installations, and ensuring uninterrupted access to network services. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and data center operations. Familiarity with server installations and network updates is also required. The candidate should also have GPU experience and 4 plus years in a hyperscale environment.

Responsibilities:

•Perform tasks listed under Level 1 and Level 2 as needed.
