**Role: Informatica/Java/Kafka Support Engineer**
**Experience: 3+ years**
**Location: Any state in Mexico**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and maintain Kafka clusters, ensuring data streaming efficiency and stability.
- Support Informatica PowerCenter workflows, debugging failures and optimizing performance.
- Work on incident management, change requests, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of data integration and streaming processes.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter (ETL, workflow development, troubleshooting).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (topic creation, performance tuning, monitoring).
- Good knowledge of SQL and database optimization (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in production support.
