Job Description
We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Support Engineer responsible for delivering advanced operational support, engineering expertise, and technical leadership for our client’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure.
Role Highlights:
- Acts as the highest level of escalation within Network Operations.
- Ensures stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Voice, and cloud-connected environments.
- Collaborates closely with Service Desk, L2 teams, Field Services, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, and client stakeholders.
- Plays a critical role during transitions, steady-state operations, major incidents, and change initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking:
- Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Firewalls (policy design, troubleshooting)
- SD-WAN and VPN technologies
- Wireless architectures
- Voice technologies:
- VoIP, SIP, call flows, QoS
- Integration with network infrastructure
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Exposure to cloud-connected networks (AWS/Azure connectivity is a plus)
Experience:
- 7+ years in Network Operations/Engineering
- Proven experience handling L3 escalations in managed services or enterprise environments
- Support of 24x7 production environments for geographically distributed users
- Prior experience working with international (US) clients is preferred
