Job Description



The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of the P&G environment. The L3 PKI Analyst/Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Certificate Services, Public Certificate Authorities (CA), Private Cas, and Certificate Lifecyle Management such as Sectigo, Entrust, and Venafi. This role is also responsible for executing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based problem and incident management processes for PKI tools and services either in an escalation capacity or through managing the activities of Level 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and resolution.
