L3 / SME Storage Technician

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 / SME Storage Technician to join our Infrastructure Services team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing on-premises storage infrastructure (SAN, NAS, Object) and cloud storage solutions (Azure). You will act as the final point of escalation for complex storage-related issues, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance of enterprise storage platforms.

Role Description

. Min 5 years of enterprise storage administration at L3 level.
. Strong knowledge of NetApp, EMC, HPE, IBM, Hitachi or equivalent platforms.
. Proficiency in storage networking (FC, iSCSI).
. Experience in cloud storage administration (Azure).
. Hands-on knowledge of backup/recovery tools.
. Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python/Bash).
. NetApp NCIE, Dell EMC Proven Professional, HPE ASE, AWS/Azure/GCP storage certifications.
