Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled Level 4 Data Center Technician to join our IT team. The Level 4 Data Center Technician will be responsible for the break-fix of GPUs, servers, network, and cabling, as well as ticket management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landing fully populated GPU or network racks within a data center environment, including rack movement, baying, leveling, grounding, hot-air containment, and overhead cable containment trays. They should be familiar with interpreting BOMs to ensure all materials are accounted for and have a strong knowledge of Ethernet cabling technologies, including copper, fiber (SM, MM, MPO), routing, dressing, and connectors.
Responsibilities:
• Perform tasks listed under Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 as needed.
