• Lab Account Manager Location:  Field-based – Northeast / Regional travel (approx. 90% travel) Reports To:  VP of Operations Type:  Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Lab Account Manager to support long-term care facilities and medical offices across the Northeast.


• You’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding new facilities, training staff on lab ordering, educating teams on testing benefits, and ensuring specimens and supplies move efficiently.
• This role combines account management, training, and operational oversight—and involves significant regional travel (approx. 90%).
• Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding of new LTC facilities, and medical offices, including site visits, EMR lab ordering training, and education on available lab testing and its benefits.
