Lab Assistant

This is a full-time Lab Assistant position based in Parit Perak with Metropolitan Utilities Corporation Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of water treatment services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations at the water treatment plant, contributing to operational efficiency, compliance, and overall company success.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform on-site sampling, testing and other on-site functions in a safe, accurate and competent manner in accordance to ISO 17025 requirements.
• To acquire information for sample processing from customer during on-site sampling.
• Collect samples from client with proper preservation in accordance to ISO 17025 requirements and to ensure a safe delivery of samples to the lab.
• Assist in planning and arranging monthly sampling and site-testing schedule.
