Job Description

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (preferably with an IT or technical background)

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support lab systems and equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily operations within the lab
  • Ensure all systems and hardware are functioning properly
  • Provide technical assistance and support to lab users

Communication & Presentation:

  • Should have good communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users
