The company is a well-known multinational corporation, and its research center in Grenoble is expanding its team focused on high-speed technology research.
Missions
As a Lab Director/Technical Lead, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to developing next-generation hardware solutions at the board level, including high-speed interconnect and high-density component integration. You will guide the team in exploring engineering technologies for ICT products, focusing on areas such as high-speed board-level architecture (112 Gbps+) and multi-physics simulation modeling of high-density heterogeneous modules.
