Position: Lab Instructor – Microbiology
Qualification: B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Life Sciences or related discipline
Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant laboratory experience
Role Summary:
The Lab Instructor (Microbiology) will support teaching and practical sessions by preparing laboratory setups, assisting students, and ensuring safe and effective conduct of microbiology experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain microbiology lab equipment, cultures, media, and reagents.
Assist faculty and students during practical classes and research activities.
Ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain inventory, records, and proper storage of lab materials.
Support calibration, sterilization, and routine maintenance of instruments.
