Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years deskside/lab IT support
  • Associate’s degree + 3+ years deskside/lab IT support
  • High School diploma + 5+ years deskside/lab IT support
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
