Job Title: Lab Operations Specialist
Job Description
The Lab Operations Specialist will support scientists by managing their equipment and handling vendor management for all lab suppliers. You will be responsible for interacting with scientists to ensure they have the necessary consumables, purchasing, and ordering appropriate inventory while maintaining it in the QMS system.
Responsibilities
+ Fulfill internal requests submitted by scientists.
+ Maintain stockroom and point of use inventories according to thresholds determined by customers’ stockroom managers.
+ Communicate with supervisors regarding supply stock, material needs, software upgrades, and other related matters.
+ Assist with laboratory supply stockroom and site inventories.
+ Collect and supply metrics as required by management.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in inventory control and management.
+ Experience in lab operations and support.
