The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Monitoring test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained, and reporting any problem or concerns to assigned Technical Consultant or designee;Ensuring that all remedial actions are taken whenever test systems deviate from the laboratory’s established performance specifications, and reporting any .Assuring that proficiency testing is performed within the appropriate time frame;Handling Physician and Physician Extender requests respectfully and in a timelymanner;Supervising full and part-time laboratory personnel on a daily basis to ensure that each position’s responsibilities are carried out, that work meets quality standards, and policies, regulations, and procedures are followed;Ensuring that patient test results are not reported unless the tes...
