Job Description
+ We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory and quality functions, including testing, data collection, and analysis of raw materials.
+ The role requires compliance with NY State Ag & Markets, FDA, USDA, and GMP policies, as well as adherence to standard operating procedures and laboratory methods.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct milk testing and product sample testing.
+ Perform powder testing and full silo batch testing.
+ Execute bacteria testing to ensure quality control.
+ Comply with all relevant regulations and policies, including NY State Ag & Markets, FDA, USDA, and GMP.
+ Follow standard methods for laboratory procedures and adhere to all standard operating procedures.
