We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory and quality functions, including testing, data collection, and analysis of raw materials. The role requires compliance with NY State Ag & Markets, FDA, USDA, and GMP policies, as well as adherence to standard operating procedures and laboratory methods.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct milk testing and product sample testing.
  • Perform powder testing and full silo batch testing.
  • Execute bacteria testing to ensure quality control.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and policies, including NY State Ag & Markets, FDA, USDA, and GMP.
  • Follow standard methods for laboratory procedures and adhere to all standard operating procedures.
    • Essential Skills
  • AS or BS Degree in Biology or Chemistry.
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation.
