Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description
This role involves testing production batches following specific written testing methods, identifying issues in both in-spec and out-of-spec data, and interpreting results and historical data to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer requirements. The technician will also provide instructions to production personnel on batch adjustments as needed, ensure the efficient operation of the lab, maintain general housekeeping, and uphold a safe work environment.

+ Approve batches by ensuring all tests are completed and results meet all specifications before proceeding to the next production process.
+ Enter all batch data into the electronic batch records system.
+ Generate appropriate paperwork as needed per customer specifications.
